ScratchTV.com is a central place for the EJ movement to connect, to learn, and to grow. Here users can interact with each other and share information. ScratchTV.com is a service provided by EJ Enterprises Worldwide to users of EJ products. Following is a brief outline of the features at ScratchTV.com - some are accessible to everyone, others are only accessible to registered, activated users of ScratchTV.

News: Here are the most recent and archived announcements from EJ Enterprises. News can only be posted by the webmaster. To submit news, please contact webmaster@scratchtv.com.

Events: Here you will find a list of upcoming events, as well as an archive of past events. If you are planning or performing at an event with an EJ Turntable, post it here! Later you will be able to post pictures from the event and comments or props. In the past events archive, a random thumbnail will be chosen for display from each event. Without any pictures to choose from, a default EJ logo is shown. Make sure to come back and post photos from your event, so it looks as cool as the rest of the events! It's ok to post events that have already past, if you have cool pictures of your visuals you'd like to show off. Make sure about an event before posting it - posted events are immediately emailed to users who have the option turned on in their account. Please see our Terms of Use.

Techniques: Here you can read and elaborate on techniques that people have discovered to take maximum advantage of ScratchTV and the EJ Turntable. These are advanced, technical, often unintended ways of using your system to it's fullest potential. As you begin to use the EJ platform, you may also invent your own techniques; you can post them here to get credit and feedback. New techniques are added at the top of the list - if another user responds to an older technique, it gets bumped back to the top of the list.

Login: To post information to ScratchTV.com, you must login with your username and password.

Account: All user information (except username) can be updated after login under the account section. Users register with an email account, and can choose what type of email notifications to receive: event reminders, news announcements, both, or neither. Users can upload a photo to represent themselves, which will be displayed alongside their postings. If a home page is supplied, the user's picture and username will link to the user's homepage, so users can get in touch with each other directly. Hometown is also displayed in some places. Email address is not displayed publicly on the site. To gain the the ability to post to the site, users must activate their accounts using a unique code, packaged with EJ products.

Other features: On the front page, you will see randomized quotes and pictures. Pictures are drawn from the archived events photos, so if you upload a picture, there is a chance that someone will see it when they enter the ScratchTV site. Quotes are administered by the webmaster, so if you have a particularly good one to contribute, or get a glowing review of an EJ gig, email it to the webmaster.

Any misuse or abuse of the site should be reported immediately, and will result in the removal of the offending content and the responsible user's account.
